Welcome to Discovering Freedom! I'm Renee, and I recently turned 40. The lead up to this milestone birthday was difficult as my children became adults and I was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD.  This left me in a strange place where I finally felt like the confident adult I always wanted to be but struggling to comprehend what I should do with myself now my children are no longer at school - what am I going to do with myself? After some quiet time and reflection I decided I wanted to embrace my freedom and pursue what I love and try all the things I have always wanted to. This space is where I can express and share my story and experiences and hopefully connect with others who are on the same path. Let us explore what is out there!
